We are participating in the 23rd Forum of Mediterranean Maritime Heritage

Betina Museum of Wooden Shipuilding is participating in this weekend’s Forum of Mediterranean Maritime Heritage which will be held in Museo della Marineria in Cesenatico in the organization of Association of Mediterranean Maritime Museums. We are looking forward to this conference since it is an opportunity to gather new experiences and learn about other associations and museums with interesting ideas and visions. The topic of our presentation is “Wooden boat as a representative of maritime heritage” with the emphasis on how positive things happened in our local community as a result of the effort of many enthusiasts. The presentation also puts Betina gajeta in the middle of the whole shipbuilding story as a perfect example of how it represents local maritime heritage.
